God Be True
This song has a very brigth and full bass. It has just enough bite at the top end and when it drops lower it really fills the kick drum. The bright atmosphere and the clear rhythmic variation really puts this in the progressive house genre, although, lacking in the traditional house pluck sound, I really found it unnecessary given the thundering texture and the subdued melodic lead. The shrill in the lead is just enough to make it noticeable, but not enough to turn you away from it. The fast tempo and four to the floor meter really gives that empowering sound and energizing feel. The insightful interlude in the middle really gives it a fun jazzy vibe. It is soft and soothing which really aligns well with the bright atmosphere of the entire song. Men can and will decieve, but God will never decieve. His words will never pass away. They will stand the test of time because they are the truth.
